Game Day Info

We are committed to the health & safety of our guests, athletes, and team members. These are our key priorities as we welcome you inside Dakota Community Centre. We are working closely with Manitoba Public Health officials and our facility partners to implement safety measures for both staff and fans to make your game day experience both enjoyable and safe.

From purchasing tickets and entering the arena to buying concessions and getting to your seat, please read below to make your game day experience safe and enjoyable.

Based on the current trends we are excited to welcome fans back for the 2021-22 season.  We will do this in a safe manner by adhering to the policies below:

Proof of full vaccination and verification of photo identification will be required to attend  Home Games at Dakota Community Centre.

Children under 12 years of age will be permitted to attend provided they attend with a fully vaccinated adult from the same household.

Public Health has recently announced mask are mandatory indoors.

We are monitoring this closely and continue to be in regular contact with our facility partners in addition to regular review of the public health orders and recommendations.

The Winnipeg Freeze are committed to providing a safe environment for all patrons.  Please review other measures that have been taken by the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, the Winnipeg Freeze and our facility partners below:

Increased hand sanitizing stations throughout the venues

We are now cashless when purchasing tickets and can accept debit/credit cards.

Contactless security screening upon entry;

All Winnipeg Freeze players and staff will be fully vaccinated and subject to additional screening measures.

The process to enter Dakota Community Centre has changed this year. We will scan and validate your Manitoba Immunization Card (physical or digital card) or valid proof of immunization and verify photo ID to enter the facility. Please arrive early!
